Please ensure that all delivery details, recipient information and contact details are correct before completing your purchase. Chapter Gifts cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
3. Product Availability
We carefully select the products included in our gift boxes. From time to time, a particular product may become unavailable. Where necessary, we may substitute an item with another product of equal or greater value and of a similar type, while maintaining the overall quality and presentation of the gift.

4. Pricing and Payment

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

5. Delivery

Once an order has been handed to the delivery provider, delivery times are subject to the provider’s network and conditions.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We take care to package every gift securely. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or with an item missing, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.
Please provide your order details and, where appropriate, photographs of the damaged or incorrect item so that we can assess the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
Because our gift boxes may be prepared specifically for an order, cancellation requests should be made as soon as possible.
Once an order has been prepared or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Where a product is faulty, damaged or does not meet the consumer guarantees required under Australian law, your applicable rights and remedies will apply.
8. Corporate Orders
For corporate or bulk gifting orders, additional arrangements may apply, including minimum quantities, customised packaging, delivery schedules and payment terms. These will be agreed with the customer before the order is confirmed.
